A couple months ago, Flatland beer enthusiast Cassie Niemeyer taste-tested some non-alcoholic IPAs. Now she’s back with another health-conscious option.

Gluten-free beers are becoming more accessible for people with diet restrictions or those living with celiac disease who don’t want to give up liquid gold. It can also be for folks who just don’t want to consume gluten!

Cassie puts these three to the test. They’re all available in the Kansas City area:
