Yashad Kosher Food Pantry
The Chabad House Center of KC was founded in 1970 in Overland Park, Kansas. For the past 30 years, the Yashad Kosher Food Pantry has provided not only holiday food but also year-round help to the Jewish communities in need in the Kansas City area. The program is run by volunteers and is the headquarters for Chabad Lubavitch in the states of Kansas and Missouri, with special emphasis on the Greater Kansas City area.
