Tap List | The Kansas City Raptors? We’ll Drink to That
November 3, 2020 | Marco Camacho | 4 min read
Kansas City would love to serve as a temporary home for the NBA’s Toronto Raptors next season if they are unable to play in Canada due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
It’s a long shot, perhaps. But as upstanding citizens, it is our duty to entice them into spending time in our city. After all, the Midwest is best! We have excellent barbecue, intensely devoted sports fans and amazing beer!

To sweeten the pot, 3Halves Brewing Co. in Liberty, 110 E. Kansas St., made a beer that could mark the (potential) occasion. Hop Raptor (5.6% ABV) is a Canadian pale ale, brewed with El Dorado and Citra hops, and dry hopped with Mosaic hops! This delicious Canadian brew honors the Toronto Raptors by incorporating Canadian malts, and a fermentation process in a Canadian fermenting vessel.
