One Light apartments is included in the DNA Spring Urban Living Tour
People interested in living downtown Kansas City will have an opportunity to visit 11 residential developments this Saturday, June 3, in an open house event sponsored by the Downtown Neighborhood Association.
The DNA Spring Urban Living Tour runs from 1- to 4 p.m. Saturday and features both new and historic renovation projects. Most of the developments on the self-guided tour are near the downtown streetcar route. Maps of the entire tour are available at each project.
The properties included in the spring tour are:

-One and Two Light apartments
-909 Walnut condos
-The New England Building
-Fountain Lofts
-SoHo Lofts
-The Board of Trade building penthouse
-Summit and Apex on Quality Hill
-Roaster’s Block
-Commerce Tower

The Ambassador Hotel at 1111 Grand Blvd. is holding a happy hour after the tour event from 4- to 6 p.m. More information is available on the Downtown Neighborhood Association website.
