Hello Atelier | Heading the Letterpress Resurgence

October 5, 2016  |    |  1 min read

If you are a design aficionado who regularly cruises blogs like DesignSponge and Apartment Therapy, you are likely acquainted with the work of this week’s guest, Brady Vest. He is the founder of Hammerpress Design, a letterpress design studio that has been leading the letterpress comeback for over 20 years.

Vest’s story is cool. I mean, really, sounds-like-a-movie cool. It starts in art school – pre-internet – where he finds himself hanging out with bands and learning his craft while making posters and album covers. From there, his early interest in letterpress progresses naturally into a 20 year career. For more details, you will have to listen to the episode. And don’t forget to check out the pictures of his new studio and retail space. (Also cool.)
