Walk, Turn, Walk: Backstage with the Photography Director
Short 3

For designers, Kansas City Fashion Week is much more than showing off their work to a live audience. During the week, upwards of two dozen photographers capture the models on the runway. These images then make their way onto websites and marketing materials. The photography director is the one who chooses the photographers and the one who gives them their marching orders before each show.
Every Wednesday thru May 22, Flatland will preview the various people and professions that go into creating a runway show for Kansas City Fashion Week. The fashion documentary “Walk, Turn, Walk,” premieres on KCPT, Thursday, May 23, 2019, at 7:30 pm. Follow #WalkTurnWalk on Twitter and Facebook.
