Kansas City PBS has received three regional Emmy Awards in 2023 for its coverage of politics, government and public affairs.
The Mid-America Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced the awards at the 47th Annual Mid-America Emmy Awards Saturday night in Branson, Missouri. The winners of the awards display outstanding cultural, educational, technological, entertainment, news and informational achievements in television.
“Thank you to the Mid-America Emmy Awards for recognizing Kansas City PBS’ vital storytelling and honoring our talented team members with these three prestigious awards,” said Kliff Kuehl, president and CEO of Kansas City PBS. “I’m proud of the stories we’ve produced and thankful to all our supporters and collaborators who make this work possible!”
