Kansas City PBS is the recipient of two regional Emmy Awards for 2022.
The Mid-America Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced the awards at the 46th Annual Mid-America Emmy Awards Saturday night in St. Louis. The winners of the awards display outstanding cultural, educational, technological, entertainment, news and informational achievements in television.
“We are honored to be recognized by the Mid-America Emmy Awards for our work over the past year,” said Kliff Kuehl, president and CEO of Kansas City PBS. “I’m proud of the valuable stories produced by our talented team members at Kansas City PBS, 90.9 The Bridge and Flatland. Thank you to our supporters and collaborators who support this important work.”

PUBLIC AFFAIRS PROGRAM
“Houseless In Kansas City” | Flatland: Cody Boston, Catherine Hoffman, Vicky Diaz-Camacho and D. Rashaan Gilmore.
HUMAN INTEREST – LONG FORM CONTENT
“Heart of the City”: Nicholas Wiggins, Jacob Handy, Samuel Jones, Nathan Johnson and Cody Boston.
