Kansas City PBS received nine nominations for the 2022 National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Mid-America Regional Chapter EMMY Awards. The nominations are based on outstanding cultural, educational, technological, entertainment, news and informational achievements in television.
“We are thrilled to receive these nominations recognizing the diversity and importance of the content Kansas City PBS offers the metro,” said Kliff Kuehl, president and CEO of Kansas City PBS. “We are fortunate to have the generous support of our community, a talented team and collaborators who have been able to illuminate untold Kansas City stories on air and online.”
The winners will be announced on Oct. 29. Kansas City PBS’ nominations are as follows:
