5 pickup lines we probably won’t hear at Techweek … but wish we would

September 14, 2015  |    |  1 min read

Techweek Kansas City kicks off today, meaning some of the national and regional leaders in tech innovation and entrepreneurship will converge at Union Station to exchange ideas about the future of our fair city and the world beyond. Let’s hope flying cars are involved.

This week is studded with industry stars – hello, drone experts – and entrepreneurs listening in on success stories and competing for funding – see LaunchKC.

In honor of Tinder’s co-founder, Jonathan Badeen, leading a “Fireside Chat” session on Thursday, we’ve created five pickup lines for the Leawood, KS native. We hope he swipes right.

  1. Is that big data or are you just happy to see me?

  2. What do you say we go back to my basecamp and get to know each other?

  3. I’m not going to fund you, but you’re raising my capital right now.

  4. I’ve got some wearable technology you’d look great in.

  5. Why don’t you give me your number and… never mind, I just hacked into your phone.

Have your own pickup line? Send it to us by comment, tweet or drone and we’ll re-post it. Keep it clean, tech lovers.
